What is Embodi?

How is the grape extract in Embodi different from regular grape juice?
When red wine is made, the grape juice is pressed and ferments in the barrel with the left over grape pomace (skins, seeds, and stems of the grapes). It is the skins, seeds, and stems that contain the fruit's healthiest antioxidants and fermenting the juice with them boosts red wine's antioxidant power. Grape juice is just juice; it does not contain the skins and seeds from the grape pomace, where the healthiest antioxidants reside. Embodi^™ has grape juice and the grape extract that mimics the structure of red wine.

Is Embodi organic?
